For many projects, an accurate overhead map is sufficient to produce linework at the client specification. Particularly in inaccessible areas a georeferenced map can allow for accurate marking of things like stream centers, fence lines or trees.
How it works:
All of our maps are accurate to at least a couple inches, and often down to 1/10th of a foot. Once we have the map, you can easily trace the subjects you're interested in, or if you prefer we can produce high quality CAD deliverables for you.
Drones are quickly replacing manned aircraft for small to medium size topography jobs. With the ability to fly hundreds or acres in a day and generate highly accurate topographic data over large swaths of land, surveyors are turning to this new technology more and more often to support their field work.
How it works:
Get better data, at lower cost faster than you would with traditional manned aircraft. Generally data is vertically accurate to a little over 1/10th of a foot. We'll always work with you to make sure our product is exactly as accurate as you need without making you pay for accuracy you don't need.
"Geomatix was great to work with and incredibly responsive.
We were up against a tight deadline and they were able to get onsite, collect, process and deliver the volumetric data we needed in less than a business day to meet the project owner’s objective."
